ABOUT THE COLLABORATION

Within the Symbiosis series, a selection of works have been developed in collaboration with Mununjali Wangeriburra artist Waylene Currie.

This collaboration was approached as an act of cultural reciprocity and a way of honouring the Country on which the work was created.

Waylene’s mark-making brings forward stories of water, rainforest, and ancestral knowledge — connecting each piece back to Country, lineage, and the living systems that sustain both land and life.
