Return and Refund Policy
Nikita Pere Studio is committed to ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. As all items in the store are Fine Art Prints that are made to order and considered custom products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds in alignment with Australian Consumer Law.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, as each Fine Art Print is custom printed to order. Please choose carefully and consider your purchase before placing an order.
Additionally, please ensure you triple-check that your shipping address has been entered correctly. We are not able to reship or refund any lost items due to incorrect shipping details.
However, we will accept returns or exchanges in the event that your print arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@nikitapere.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Upon review, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange. Please do not return any items before contacting us, as we are unable to process unauthorized returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our Fine Art Prints to ensure they arrive safely. If your print arrives damaged, please email us at hello@nikitapere.com within 7 days of receipt with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items that are deemed defective or damaged upon arrival, or if the incorrect item was sent. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our Fine Art Prints being custom made to order, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect product selection
- Items that have been used, displayed, or are not in their original condition
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
