Few moments ground me as deeply as the opportunity we get to sit with our Elders. The embodiment of ancestral wisdom, our Elders are where the most powerful teachings and connection to story unfold. These images were captured during a cultural exchange at Uluru. These images are offered as a visual prompt to support your own inner-journey and healing. They represent the reverence of slowing down and being present with what unfolds along the way. They remind me that healing and rememberance don't live at the finish line – they're found in each quiet step forward if you have the courage to slow down and listen.
