A one-of-a-kind collaborative artwork exploring flow, story, and the living intelligence of water.
💫 Artwork Story
Created in collaboration with Mununjali Wangerriburra artist Waylene Currie, this piece emerged through a shared, intuitive state of flow.
Photographed in a moment of quiet surrender, the movement of water became a reflection of inner stillness — light dancing across the surface like a language both seen and felt.
Without prior discussion, Waylene approached the work from the same energetic space, allowing spirit to guide her mark-making. Her painted overlay carries layered water stories — including the Seven Sisters, keepers of the waterways, and ancestral narratives of creation and movement through Country.
The soft flowing textures and layered reflections create a sense of calm sophistication, making this artwork especially suited to interiors seeking grounding, spaciousness, and gentle movement.
This piece works beautifully as a statement artwork within living spaces, bedrooms, studios, wellness environments, or slow-living inspired interiors. The calm, healing energy of this piece truly needs to be witnessed in person!

ABOUT THE COLLABORATION
Within the Symbiosis series, a selection of works have been developed in collaboration with Mununjali Wangeriburra artist Waylene Currie.
This collaboration was approached as an act of cultural reciprocity and a way of honouring the Country on which the work was created.
Waylene’s mark-making brings forward stories of water, rainforest, and ancestral knowledge — connecting each piece back to Country, lineage, and the living systems that sustain both land and life.
